As director of the Leslie/Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art I am priviliged to see a lot more art in the collection than most people — and I can return to them at will. I thought that this webpage would be a good place to share some of my favorite works with you. Now, please don't misconstrue this to mean that I think these are the best art the foundation has to offer — this is a purely biased, personal, and even prejudiced choice. There are many works in the collection that are artistically better or more important. But these few gems simply jump out at me and I would like to share them with you.
