Although the collection is weak in lesbian and women's art it is gradually growing. It may seem odd that a number of women choose to portray male figures — it may be a part of academic training from art school days or it may be a simple choice.

In either case we appreciate contributions and encourage and seek out lesbian artists who are willing to donate work to the collection. THANK YOU.
