New Exhibition
Policy As a way of thanking our members we have designated the inner gallery space, "The Member's Gallery." The Permanent Collection now numbers over 2,000 items and is continually growing through artists and collectors donations, artists estates and the founders. But you rarely get to see any of it except when we mount a show built around new acquisitions. To alleviate the situation and even though space is limited, we have dedicated "The Member's Gallery" to showing selections from the collection. In this way you can get some idea of the quality, variety and size of the holdings. The selections will change with each exhibition in the outer galleries but will not necessarily reflect that show. Also, if you visited the Foundation recently, you may have noticed that we have new exhibition space in the long hallway approaching the main gallery. The display cases were built by Victor Trivero and greatly expand our display area. (The area has been nicknamed "Trivero Alley.") They will usually house selections of work on consignment and for sale, however, they may also reflect the regular exhibition. Thanks to all of our members and enjoy the new spaces. |
